TRAINING PLANS
Science has proven that your muscles need progressive overload and a variety of exercises to grow. Progressive overload means you are gradually overloading the muscle with more work, whether that be by safely and gradually increasing your load, modifying your exercises to make them more challenging, or increasing the time the muscle is under tension. The second essential ingredient for growth is switching things up! When you do the same exercises in the same way for an extended period, your body is less and less challenged and boredom is likely to set in. For optimal growth and mental challenge, it is recommended that exercisers change their routine every four to six weeks. Continual change allows new areas of each muscle group to be challenged as new exercises are introduced.
Force Dynamic Fitness builds upon this foundational knowledge to create specially optimized programs. Multi-session packages include 6 meetings (in-person or virtual) during which Deirdre will guide you through a series of exercises designed to address specific concerns and fitness levels. Alternatively, clients may purchase customized workout plans to work through individually. Every subsequent package is adjusted to allow for peak muscle growth and will reinforce your new habits. Deirdre puts her experience as well as her science-based knowledge and skills to work for clients as they enter each progressive training phase. Force Dynamic Fitness offers a range of different offerings to best meet your fitness goals.
Whichever fitness plan you choose, you will have full access to the award-winning Everfit Coaching app.
In the app, you will have a calendar of activities for the week, video demonstrations for each exercise, a place to record your lifts and cardio sessions, and more. Most importantly you will have Deirdre with you every step of the way! She will be available within a few hours to provide feedback, view your form, make minor changes to your program as needed, and answer questions.
Force Dynamic Fitness is also sensitive to the challenges financial constraints can pose to prioritizing fitness. Our Budget Plan ($50) allows clients to select from Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Senior, or Functional Aging 6-week, science-based programs for men or women. These highly effective programs present a selection of goal-focused plans, but are not individually customized for specific client concerns. As with all programs you will have access to the Everfit training app for 6 weeks.

COACHING
The premier method of fitness coaching! Deirdre will come to you, whether you have a complete home gym, a private gym in your community, or your body weight alone, and provide 50 minutes of expert, science-based fitness coaching.
Additional charges may apply if you live outside the training radius.

VIRTUAL
COACHING
Join Deirdre online for virtual coaching from your gym, hotel room, or home. You will connect virtually from your computer or smartphone.
50-minute sessions may be purchased singly or in packages of 6. Only have time for a short break in the middle of the day? Enquire for pricing for customized session lengths.

GYM BASED
COACHING
A great option for those wanting to be coached in a well-outfitted gym. Deirdre is available for private and semi-private sessions through her contract with Salt Lake County.
